Festival of Ethnic Costumes
On November the 25th 2011, foreign students of BSTU. VG Shukhov took part in the international forum "Debut-Plus", which took place in Belgorod State Institute of Culture and Arts.
At the forum, held competitions and cultural events: International Scientific-practical conference "The costume of the modern social space", art exhibition of paintings and graphic works "reflection time", International Exhibition of Costume and works of decorative art "through time and distance ..."
Students from Angola, Zambia, Nigeria, Oman, Afghanistan and successfully performed in shows of young fashion designers in the Great Hall at Belgorod State Institute of Culture and Art.
Address our guys was accompanied by folk dance and vocal presentation.
The jury in the face of assistant professor, member of the Artists Union of Russia Head, Department of "Design" at Belgorod State Institute of Culture and Art., Honored Worker of Culture of Russia Legeza Y, noted a great design project of the collections in the "Pre-à-porter" the boys from BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov.
All members of the judging panel, comprising PhD, Professor, Rector BGIKI, Academician of the Academy of Sciences, Petrovski Academy, Ignatova I.B.,0 Professor, Head.Chair of "artistic modeling and clothes fabrics" KSADA, a member of Artists of Ukraine Tishchenko GV and others, praised the foreign guests participating display of clothes, and recommended our team to attend the next International Forum "DEBUT PLUS", not as special guests, but as full participants.
Each of the participants were awarded with diplomas and memorable souvenirs.
