New recruitment for the engineering and racing team SHUKHOV RACING TEAM
In early October, the first meeting of candidates for the university engineering and sports team SHUKHOV RACING TEAM was held.
The children learned about the team's activities, its participation in the international educational project "Formula Student" (formulastudent.ru) and how to develop the competencies of a modern car engineer in demand on the market by participating in interesting and exciting SRT projects.
Candidates will learn how to assemble and disassemble car assemblies, master related technological techniques, practical skills in digital design and design of car parts, and learn a lot about the electrical equipment and electronics of a modern racing car. In the meantime, the newcomers have already managed to work with locksmith and welding tools, practiced assembling and disassembling the engine, got acquainted with the vacuum infusion technology, made carbon fiber key rings with their own hands, tested the assembled unit in operation, evaluating its reliability and functionality. But the most interesting thing is ahead - the engineering and racing team SHUKHOV RACING TEAM will assemble a new car for participation in tests and competitions.
