Congratulation of the Rector of the University on the Victory Day
Dear veterans of the armed forces, combatants, teachers and students of the university, members of the Yunarmiya, cadets and cadets of the military training center! I cordially congratulate all of us on the holiday, which for 77 years we have been celebrating with joy, pride and special enthusiasm, but always with tears in our eyes! Victory Day is a sacred date that is carefully passed down from generation to generation with great reverence and respect for the feat of our grandfathers and great-grandfathers. All the people - who are on the front line, and who are in the rear - stood up as a united front to defend their Fatherland! And this great unity saved Russia, Europe and the whole world from fascism! This unprecedented feat made it possible for us, future generations, to live and breathe freely, work, study, and try to fill every day we live with creative work for the good of our great Motherland. Dear friends! Happy Victory Day! Let us be worthy of honor to keep the memory of the great feat of the Soviet people! Happy holiday to you!
