Congratulation of the Rector of the University on the City Day
Dear friends! From the bottom of my heart I congratulate you on a wonderful holiday that traditionally unites all of us - City Day and the 79th anniversary of the liberation of Belgorod from Nazi invaders! Today Belgorod is flourishing. There are modern facilities, new squares, public spaces, sports and playgrounds. And universities have been the core of the sustainable development of the city for many years. At BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov, we train specialists for the energy, IT, construction and automotive industries. Our graduates design modern buildings, sports arenas, bridges, launch nuclear reactors of power plants, and participate in the creation of developments in other sectors of the city's economy. And I am very glad that our university trains highly qualified personnel who make our beloved Belgorod more modern and comfortable.
