Argentina Becomes Closer
From October 19 - 23 2011 an Annual International Exhibition took place at La Rural Exhibition Centre under a complete support of the Ministry of Education of Argentina, as well as Educational Department in Buenos –Aires. Universities, professional schools and other educational institutions took part in «ExpoUniversidad 2011».
Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov was represented by the vice-chancellor on international affairs R.V. Lesovik.
The purpose of the exhibition was establishing contacts with the students and school leavers seeking opportunities to study abroad, especially in Russia; getting information about international study programs offered by the Universities in Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Middle East and Latin America.
Master classes took place within the framework of the exhibition on job seeking abilities, resume making, preparing for a job interview, e-mail skills. The participants were given information on international programs for young specialists.
Over 15 different areas were represented at the exhibition including finance, economics, medicine, linguistics, law, fundamental science, design, are, etc.
