Shukhov offers 3 months internship training in France at the Graduate school of Engineers (Ales). To join the program applicants should: - be fluent in French and English; - be on the fourth or fifth year of tuition.

Rеgional centre of French and German Languages offers French language courses and internship in Graduate school of Engineers (Ales, France) the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis.

a meeting of the representatives of all-Russian public organization “Young Innovative Russia” took place within the framework of youth international camp “Baikal-2012”. The head of the organization is BSTU graduate, director of Open JSC “Neocomposite”, Anna Bukhalo (PhD). BSTU was represented by Alexandra Lopatko, an engineer of the section “Nanosystems in building materials science” and Victor Babaev, a post-graduate student. The meeting regarded the issues of support to young innovators in every aspect of their activity starting from material to legal.

On September 2011 Vladimir Putin conducted a meeting on the issue of “ Development of Far East Federal University and the heritage of ATES summit in Vladivostok”. Rectors of major Russian universities took part in the meeting including BSTU rector, professor S.N. Glagolev and representatives of government and public organizations.

In the last days of summer, international students of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov took part in a sightseeing trip to settlememnt Hotmyzhsk (Borisov district of Belgorod region).

On the 30th of August students from the Middle East, Central Asia and North Africa, studying in BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov once again celebrated a major holiday in the Muslim world - Eid al-Fitr - the end of the holy month of Ramadan.

Regional Center for German and French and the Center for International Education and Cooperation invite those who wish to study English, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, German and French for lnguage courses.

On July 30, 2011the delegation from the Republic of Iraq visited Belgorod state technological university named after V.G. Shukhov. The distinguished guests met with the university chancellor and then took part in the session of the Academic Council of the university, with the participation of chancellors of other Belgorod universities: professor A. Turiyanski, head of Belgorod State Agricultural Academy, prof. I.B. Ignatova, the chancellor of Belgorod State Institute of Culture and Art.

On July 30, 2011, the Belgorodian land received an official delegation from the Republic of Iraq, which included: the Minister of Higher Education and scientific research of the Republic, Dr. Ali Mohammed Ali Al-Adeeb, cultural attache of the Embassy of Iraq in Russia, Dr. Tuaimah Muttair Hussein Al Murshedi, Assistant to the Minister of Higher Education Mr. Amer Hussein Abbood Al-Gburi, Assistant to the Minister of Higher Education Mundher Azouz Shakir Al-Jaafari

The program of French students’ stay, who came from the University of Strasbourg the Graduate School of Marketing has come to the end. During a month at Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov the students improved their Russian skills , got acquainted with the heroic past and the present of the Belgorod region.
